We will refund / exchange any item purchased when returned to us in its original condition with all the tags attached within 30 days from receipt. Kindly advice if you like to get refund or exchange. We will process returned item with 1-3 days of receipt. For Exchange advice the size/ colour you need and we will send the replacement (subject to availability of stock), free of postage cost to you. For refund we will refund you cost of the item, to the same account you paid to us.
We take great care to send you correct item. In the unlikely event if you receive incorrect or damaged item we will reimburse you the return postage and replace the item or refund you as you like.
